La Salamanca (Demo)
A downloadable game for Windows
In "La Salamanca", you put yourself in the shoes of a young man from Argentina, who after the mysterious disappearance of all his friends during a trip to Santiago del Estero, will have to look for them in their supposed meeting place: An old and dark apartment complex called "El Portal", a "cozy" place, which is not really what it seems...
Inspired by a local urban legend from Argentina, you will have to go deeper and deeper into this hell of a place, to finally reveal the truth of what happened with your colleagues, and what this site is trully hiding.
La Salamanca is a 3D, first-person, story-driven horror game, where you will have to go trough various sections of this building, resolving different puzzles to be able to progress in the story while you try to survive the horrors that are lurking in the shadows.
The game will count with a total of 5 different levels, each with unique atmospheres, puzzles and mechanics: The Apartement, The Mansion, The Parking, The Seweres and The Tunels.
The Demo takes about 15-20 minutes to complete, includes a fraction of the first level. In this demo, you will find a VHS Tape that one of your friends left for you.
The Demo:
While the game is still in active development, we decided to release a short demo of a part of the first level, to show an early look of what the game will become in the future, with the intent of gathering feedback, ideas and founding to make the game even better when it releases.
Full Game, and our plans for the future:
Our plan is to release the full version of the game either at the end of the year 2024 or at the start of 2025. This version should be available in both Itch.io and Steam. If you're interested on following the development of the game, be sure to follow our socials and join our Discord server!

Thank you for your comment! There's a chance the hitbox didn't detect the interaction. It does work, but for some notes you need to position yourself in a specific way for it to work. We will fix this issue in the next version of the demo ;).
